certainly one of prince's best songs. i would actually call it my favourite, plus The Gold Experience is more than a masterpiece. it IS an experience, every song makes u feel a different way and Eye Hate U certainly gives u access 2 the hate experience.

Hate U is one of my favorite Prince ballads. It's an "experience" in every sense of the word. My favorite part of the song is the guitar solo. The first time I heard it, I was like . I didn't expect it at all! That song kicks my ass everytime I play it.

His singing is excellent on the remix and I like that deep bassline. He really knows how to revisit and improve a song that is already a masterpiece ( though he´s also ruined a lot of good songs that he reworked but that´s another story ).
