Share your Art with Prince.

Prince as an artist, that music or poetry or painting that sits within someone, truly isn't art until it is expressed.

Artist's of all kinds are blessed with the harvesting of the art from within.

I know from being a member that there are painter's and poet's here as well as musician's and architect's. There may even be craftsman or seamstresses on board.

Has Prince inspired you in some artistic way? Even if you cannot post a picture of your work...you can describe your art.

I have painted a picture of a guitar that is okay, but not great...as well as making some guitar's from clay...and some are much nicer than other's. I have also made a few Love Symbols out of clay...that were intended to be mobile's, however...do to improper balance on the horn piece, they are simply wall hanging's. I have two hanging...One is outside on the front porch, and one is in the bathroom...They are nice decorations. I will get around to posting a poem or two...

A Rose.

I had sat down to write
My mind’s sky was clear
I had waited on the cool breeze
Of inspiration’s appear.
I thought of a flower
Yes it was. A red rose.
Yet before I had set
This rose on this page
I was stranded with another
Thought I engaged.
It was brief. Just a kiss.
For a second or two
You were standing there
And I was there in front of you.
Your eyes had met mine
And your smile proposed
That the past was behind us
When I gave you a rose.

Imago you just sand me back time... .For a project I had at school, we had to do an illustrated postcard of our favourite painter. So I made the Egon Schiele "Self Portrait Screaming" (he’s not my favourite) but had an idea 4 it. So made a hole to his stomach that you could lift up and catch a glimpse of a shallow dish. I would like to show you but my teacher kept it.

I love your interpretation… About his hair... .is it a downy woodpecker or the crown of thorns? How could I be so blind?! Could this be your interpretation of the -Coronation of God- or the Joy-Crown Chakra? Wow it even better now.

Have done this few years ago, was 4 publicity; Style Trend collections this are rough copies.I haven’t done anything much since. Since I have made my mind on what I would be when I will be grown up.
