EMale.....

EMale....

This is one of my favorites from "Emancipation," I love the speed of the song...Easy listening, yet the song makes me want to dance.

The fact this song is a perfect idea, is what frustrates me. It is a song that has an entire movie concept within it.

If we take into consideration the music business...Where the artist is the protagonist...The art is the theme...and the money generated through corporate greed is the antagonist...set on the chess board metaphor, as the song is...herein lies a foundation for illuminating this problem...at one level.

On a deeper level within, the Internet World...This concept could show the world how finacial greed, as the devil himself....can kill the dreams of the artistic human beings that never get the chance to be noticed...because the world is saturated with products that are purchased based on those that can afford to advertise....and do so, just to make another million. Love being sold through art and music...is being drown out by a lot of other excess goods, that the world stores as clutter...and people that buy that clutter...spend a dollar on something the world doesn't need...because it is there, when their entertainment dollar, or their want dollar, would be better off spent on an item that represents, love.

Do you see what I am addressing here? I know that Prince and friends understand...although maybe I will enlighten a reader passing through this site...

In the world of depleting resources...

Excess production from everywhere 2 everywhere is the problem.

Oil is spent on producing "EXCESS," plastics.
How in the world can "Wall-Mart," as one chain, house that many goods, and any human being on the face of the Earth be starving, or diseased without treatment?

The Irony, is that the ones to blame are the people that we need to fix things.

All that I have is excess debt...And I certainly refuse excess "Party-mood," until everybody can attend.

What are your thoughts? and are you someone without a dime, or a dime more than you need?

Is "Xanadu," cheaper to live in? Than Las Vegas or Tokyo?

Just because those that can afford to illuminate their businesses all over the world with Grand Marquee's doesn't mean that they aren't responsible for the drain of electricity...

Who's soul want to go "Into the light," of that comprehension?

I haven't got the emancipation album boxed I have not found it locally and I am looking whenever I have time. I refuse to buy music on the internet (I know it does not benefit the artist).

I have to agree with you here and say that there is alot of food wastage in the western states especially in restaurants/grocery stores could feed a whole under previledged nation. Also in other areas clothes, packagings etc. So coming from a third world country (India) myself, I am careful with not buying in excess. My buying habits are streamlined.
I don't have debt and do not live over my means. I don't try to impress anyone, fuck'em wink

Thanks for your response...

I was thinking about glow-in-the dark clay...that retains light for 4 minutes...and also does not change shape in reasonable high temperatures...anything over 150 degrees, Farenheit...would possibly create a shape shift...however...If artists put a home together...with this clay...that included clay gravel walkways...frames....sculptures etc....and was equipped with standard lighting throughout the home...

Eliminating the cost of lights during the day...based on daylight....The evening could use the lights for 2 minutes...and shut them off for four...keeping the house illuminated throughout....

Just an idea....It does work...I realize the world cannot go glow-in-the dark...however...parts of it can save money..worldwide...coupled with reduced daytime lighting....and efficient lighting...The world saves.
