Was lookign thru amazon.com and saw this... CD Single of Sexy Dancer, anyone have it or know where I can buy it?

WB Japan had ALL singles ready to be released on CD, but withdrew them a week before release...
They had all them b-sides. All them remixes.

Bugger.

I don't know where it came from, but a friend of mine has a four cd set called, "Prince, the Quintessential 12 inch Mixes." It has Sexy Dancer, Let's Work, Erotic City, She's Always in my Hair, Pop Life UK, Pop Life US, Hello, America (20 min.), Kiss, Girl, Shockadelica, God (Love Theme), I Wish U Heaven, etc. The songs range from Sexy Dancer to Pope.

He got it off of Yahoo auctions about three years ago maybe. Luckily, I burned it from him. I've tried looking at Gemm.com for it, but there are so many Prince selections on that web site, that I never have time to view them all!!

Ask your friend if it is a bootleg...

Well,if it's a bootleg, it's the best one I've ever seen. It has a nice front and back cover (though no words as to publisher, etc.) The cds themselves are white with purple/pink "purple rain" type of lettering. And the sound quality equals anything I've bought from a store.

There are 40 extended mix songs on the cds. I absolutely love it! When my brother-in-law first saw it, he freaked because of "God (Love Theme). He said that it was the one song he most wanted when he was younger (he's 38), but could never find anywhere.
