I heard Lady Cab Driver on XM satellite radio last week. XM regularly plays Prince tracks on a bunch of its stations. In this case, Lady Cab Driver was on channel 64-The Groove. Both old and newer stuff gets good play on XM.

hmmm *hmmm needs to tune in to that*

I rave about XM. They even give good airplay to the newer songs. One of the channels that they used to have, called The Flow, played What Do U Want Me 2 Do and On the Couch just about every day, and sometimes more than once a day. Incense and Candles was played there as well. Still, you hear plenty of Prince on the channels that play music from the 80’s and 90’s. Also, the two R&B channels play old and new Prince stuff every day as well. I regularly hear Call My Name and Future Baby Mama on channel 62 (The Suite). In addition, the international pop hits channel, UPOP, plays more recent songs that went top 40 on the charts in other countries, like Te Amo Corazon and Black Sweat. Anyway, you get the picture. Heck, one time I can remember hearing Controversy, Call My Name, and Diamonds and Pearls within a 15 minute period. It's pretty cool.
