I wish I still remembered the dance I choreographed for this song. Those were the days! Shake it til ya make it

I really love this song. The first time I heard it, I got chills. I mean it is just a moving, wonderful track. I adore it. Thank you Princey for that song! I love a Man who:
Wears More Make Up Than Me. Wears Four Inch Stilleto Boots. Changes His Name To An Unpronouncable Symbol. Who Changes His Name Back From An Unpronouncable Symbol. Oh And Most Importantly, Who Is Sexy Little Drop Of Butterscotch

Kind of a love/hate thing for me. I hate the oddness of the lyrics; they just bug me for some reason (using "twas" and saying "your leader take me 2," for example). Yet it's hard to deny the energy of the song. When I listen to it, though, I tend to listen to the extended Billboards version more than the album version.

"Thunder," is a great song...The music and the lyrix are confident. "Promise to see Jesus in the morning light." "Come on, save your soul, tonight." I love that Prince can be so cool, and at the same time evangelistic. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight...

Great opening for that album.
Loved the picture disc too. "Had to get off the boat so I could walk on water..."

I love it. Easily one of his best opening tracks for an album and one of the best on Diamonds and Pearls. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

That song destroys everything else on D&P. Not that that's too difficult a task. Do U Lie?

The extended version he gave the Joffrey Ballet for their "Billboards" Prince tribute show was outstanding.

I just love the background "ahahAHAh...AHhahhhahah...ahahahAHahHAHAH". Prince knows how to have a very sensual orgasm. That's my Honey-Bunny!
