Oh what this song could have done for Prince commercially if he had released as a single. It probably would have been a huge hit when he recorded it.

I was just listening to it yesterday-It has not been a song that I've listened to alot, but I must say the I do like it

It was a sort of new jack swing / dance-hybrid that allready did sound very dated at the time when Come was released.

Personally i see the sequence of Space, Pheromone and Acknowledge Me as one of the most poor and bland albumsequences Prince has ever released.

I like "Acknowledge Me." but I don't think it's a stripper song...

I liked it at the time, but now it's hard to listen to, it sounds so terribly dated and just a little dumb, IMHO.
