"all of Planet Earth".....Thanks InsatiableCream. Glad to see that I'm not the only one. I bought MeShell's "The World Made Me.." CD the same day that I bought "P.E" and MeShell's CD has been in my player nonstop. And that was 8 and 1/2 months ago.

Anything from Rave or NPS. "Hot With U" anyone?

I like Jughead and Courting Time - Love that song.

I would nominate Poom Poom Poom for example.

i don't mind jughead actually boxed, push is probably my least favorite from diamonds and pearls. one song that always gets love for some reason, but i never liked personally, is pheromone disbelief lurking.

Jughead and Push for me were weak and I don't like either. Arms of Orion is not bad or weak it's just Prince doing straight on pop with sincerity.
Graffiti Bridge isn't bad either but not for everyone.
I remember when I didn't like Pheremone, but listening to the words I've come to like it a lot.
Wedding Feast is fun. I like that.
No Prince song that I absolutely refuse to listen to especially if I'm listening to the album.
One bad move was the interludes on The Rainbow Children. It makes the album unlistenable after a couple of times. I prefer those songs live without the crappy interludes which could have been printed rather than marring the album.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Imago

Jughead is an underrated Urban Anthem.

It's a clarion call to the spiritual aspects of dance, whereas most religious texts try to discourage movement of the body. Prince flipped dance and movement on it's head proclaiming that dancing can be spiritual, uplifting, and ...yes, please God. It's social norms of the times when biblical texts were being written , witnessed in the Jewish texts, Christian , and Muslim texts which colored the attitudes of dance and movement.
Prince isn't denying that dance can be sexual. Nor is he denying that dancing can be downright harmful and disturbing--one need only look at Billy Ray Cyrus's dance moves during his early 90's performance of Aechy Breaky heart to witness its soul destroying aspects.
But Prince, through this magnum opus of a single, Jughead, said--no...this is an uplifting, spiritual song, whose only intention is to make you feel better as a dancer, as a person, and as a child of God.

Jughead is an underrated urban anthem.

The two biggest turds in Prince's songbook. Jughead is close behind.

Never really worked for me.

It is funky, at least, but it tries way too hard to be badass & subversive.

It's a lot better than Poom Poom, though lol

I see your point. I still wouldn't classify it as one of the most disliked P songs. There are a few more much worse that this one.

yeah actually you're right, it's not very disliked (aside from me)

In that case, I might substitute The Wedding Feast.

Lolita is a great song. I don't get where u're coming from on that.

As for Resolution and Lion of Judah, I kind of agree with u, but it is not among the most disliked.
