(I'm also a obsessed fan from back in the day)
After reading about the Coachella & Leno Hype this past weekend, I've come to a conclusion. I could care less about seeing Prince now. I realized that I miss the release of a "new" killer album and the tour that followed. I don't care to see a "hits" show or city tour. I've seen him perform these songs when they were first released (I have the tour books to prove it, well I wish I had a Dirty Mind Tour book), why should I pay a gazillion dollars to see lame performances of the songs that (i hate to say) BURNED OUT ON!!!
I was hoping for a 3121 tour. I kinda liked that album.

Prince: give me a new CD that I will love all the way through, that I will play over and over like the circa 1979-1988 albums you released a time ago when you were at your creative peak!! Then I will consider coming to a show, or are you trying to appeal to a new crowd that could care less either way. Coachella??
Come on man.
