Do you think its time for BET to honor Prince for the next Hall of Fame Award?

Last night they honored Stevie Wonder who is well worth it. In the past they have honored Patti LaBelle, Whitney Houston, Boys 2 Men and many more. But now I think its due time for Prince to get recognized for what he has contributed to the music industry alone. If BET would be willing it probably would just be up to Prince to accept, because he got really pissed with BET about how they got rid of Tavis Smiley the way they did. So whether or not Prince would accept, I don't know but I do know He is well worth the award!

I thought about this last night when they were doing the Stevie's Bio. Sounds so much like early Prince as quoted by many an author.

Whether or not he'd accept or attend would be the question.

And. . . I couldn't stand Alicia singing HCUDCM.

Wow I thought she did a great job at singing the song. And undoubtly so did Prince since she did do the Celebration a couple of years back. Cause I was going to say that she should be one of the singers to make tribute to him along with Musiq, Common, India.Arie, Ekrah Badu, Stephanie Mills, Rosie Gaines and Sheila E. And many, many more. I wonder would Mayte show up?

BET is owned by Viacom. That pretty much sums it up...
