Did PRince ever record any Music for Easter? i heard he had. i heard he had, is there anyone on the org. that has that info? i really would Love to know:) | |

Ooh sure, a whole album and was gonna tour, there was gonna be egg hunts and everything.
they are just obscure bootlegs now

You read my mind exactly, i think he was dating Mayte at the time, and they looked great together, they just lit up the room in their macthing bunny outfits, people thought it was dumb  but i thought they looked HOT!

But I think there was talk of an Easter/religious album prior to Emancipation. IIRC, Prince was going to do some children's stuff, and a religious album. I think all that got shelved when the child tragedy occured. | |

I got this one from another thread.
In Its original configuration " THE BUNNY ALBUM" was going to be called the "HI" album, sadly when Clive Davis left the label, it changed titles a few times till it was finally shelved. Its just the stuff of legend now
I'm sure i got most of the facts correct, im sure the oldtimers here will correct me on some of these facts, at least on my spelling. BorisFishpaw, langebleu, madhouseman, vainandy, do you guys have anything to add? This is the original album cover i hope i dont get sued for posting this.
