I'm sure the man has "issues" with the way he is looking at the moment (just like everyone else). He's shy when he's uncomfortable. He doesn't have control when he doesn't know the people around him. When he has control and he isn't uncomfortable he becomes an extrovert. I'm sure he is above the "idol worship" thing also... Y'know, the "I have a concert picture of Prince from the 10th row" (over a bunch of heads). or I made him sign an atuograph while he was trying to find the bathroom type of crap.. Yes, he does want financial control over the pictures.. Wouldn't you? If you captured a moment of Prince in concert, or at the Celebration, you'd sell it (if someone asked you for it-even if you didn't want to initially)! What if the National Enquirer offered you $10,000 of Prince having a "heated discussion" with his wife in a restaurant?. Be honest here.. There are Printing companies that would reproduce his picture on a Mug for you (to sell)! You could take his picture and make your own t-shirt! All you have to do is own a scanner. Worship yourself. Sell your own pictures! Let's see you. Prince is not more important than you at the end of the day? Right? | |

Say what you want, but I answered the originator of this thread.
If you know why he's against photos, why ask? It was "that serious" to ask. Why waste a thread? I thought this is just another on of those, "Why is Prince is a jack@$$ threads" by folks who think they are intitled criticise his every move. I had to respond because there are so many them. Some people here don't really want to ask why he like this or that. They want to interject certain notions about what he does.. (We cannot see their lives, and mistakes). Maybe the originator of this thread doesn't feel this way.. It's fine to complain about The NPG music if you are a customer. I'd like to think that this website is dedicated to the man's musical genius. E-mail the NPG Music Club for promotional pictures. | |
