'Just as Long as We're Together' is SO sickly FUNKY! Classic track. And I've always thought that 'Crazy You' was grossly underrated.

I think the only cut i heard from this album is "soft and wet" Love the synth in there and the squelchy bass on it. the playful vocals make it a repeat for me =)

Yes! We do, there's a mention of all his releases on most of his sites, HQ has a 'Prince in history' section. So Yes, I'm acknowledging all his work throughout the years on their appropriate dates, Thank you!

I know it is his first album but,

Didn't Prince say something about "Prince" being his first true album because of the artistic constrictions regarding "For You" ie that he wasn't allowed to do what he wanted by Warners and it wasn't until the second album he was given free reins to do what he liked ?

Hasn't he said something like having bad memories from that period and never listens to the album ?

So, I love Prince but he's had a lot of bad memories hasn't he, according to him everybody's done him wrong, but it still does not take away the fact that For you was his first.
