I have never seen Cool As Ice. I refused to watch it just from seeing the commercials advertising that dumb movie. I could watch GB....even though it made no sense at all. Overall they both are in the most crappiest movies list.

Cool As Ice was a different kind of crap from Graffiti Bridge. Where cool was attempt at being 'cool' and came out cheesy. GB was meant to be a message movie, which failed to be understood by most who saw it. So I will vote that both films should be watched in quiet away from anyone who will tell that you watched these power craptasic flicks.
I went on my first date to see Graffiti Bridge so I have a rose colored view of the film. I recall being a young buck trying to hold hands with this chick and ..... yes on second thought both suck equally.

Cool as Ice is worse.

But Graffiti Bridge is tragic in the sense that it was actually aspiring to send a message. Kind of like when a close friend gets really really drunk and has something they really want to say to you...but they can't quite articulate it.
