graffiti bridge featured a musical genuis failing at a movie, which we already had a 75% idea he would based on UTCM. Cool as Ice starred a no talent farce who is currently a reality show freak. one went to the RRHOF the other went to Sureal Life, i think Cool as Ice is the worst based on that alone.

You know. I'm going to watch 8 mile and Mariah's 'glitter' to see if they are in the same category.

I swear to gawd, when I watched the final musical scene in Glitter, I though Mariah...oh...forgive me, I mean, Billie was going to pull that whole impossibly long staring match "The Kid" from purple rain had with the audience before starting the song Purple Rain falloff

Which movie is worse? Graffiti Bridge or Cool as ICE?

Although Graffiti Bridge, as horrible as it was, did not derail Prince's career the same way that Cool As Ice coupled with Arsenial Hall diminished Vanilla Ice's career, it did serve as an ominous sign of things to come. Like Princes near career-ending symbol, " prince " for example.

Both movies movies, in their own unique way, are legendary amongst their fans, though I concede Cool As Ice is probably better known outside of Mr. Ice's fanbase than Graffiti Bridge would be outside of Prince's Fam-base.

This is a very informative, objective review of Cool as Ice : http://www.x-entertainmen...s/385.html

And what better place to get objective reviews of Graffiti bridge (the movie) than from the org itself: http://prince.org/msg/7/256351

It's the showdown folks!

Your title made me think of the fight scene in this video:

OK, I've now seen both movies (just watched Cool as Ice) and I have to say that Cool as Ice wins this one! lol It's so bad it's good! And of course there's this scene:

Agreed, seen it a few times, a good film, graphhiti bridge is painful to watch apart from Prince gettin out of bed with hs shirt of!!! Oh an Morris is a goodish actor but way too much chilli sauce refernce and rubbish sets no real world shots very disneyesque if may say so.

as for vanilla ice havent seen his film thankfully but i will try to just see what you mean.

My brother looked like vanilla ice we have some really good blackmail pics of him back then he also looked like Bross for a while and used to get chased by the girls who thought he was them... lol lol lol he even got asked for his autograph once! He loved it - shame lol

I had the misfortune to see Cool as Ice whilst in Florida in December (holed up in the apartment with bad morning sickness, with bugger all else on the telly) My GOD it was BAAAAD!!!.... maybe it was that film that made me sick hmmm

I haven't seen GB in the longest time and can't really remember much about it (though I am quite tempted to buy it on dvd now lol )

I'm gonna have to say that Cool As Ice is one of the worst films I have ever seen.
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

Vanilla Ice was a one ALBUM, ONE HIT POP NOVELTY. Prince's career was well established by then and its endured to this day, in comparison to Vanill aI ce whose career may have lasted 1 year at most. Even comparing Prince to Spunilla Ice is an insult inself.
True Grafitti bridge was a weak movie, but its a Godfather or Shawshank Redemption, compared to Cool as Ice which effectively killed off what was left of his career.
Grafitti Bridge was weak, but the album was pretty good and Prince redeemed himself since, Vanilla Ice, well he got a Jim Carrey send up and thatw as it.
17 Years ago I made a commitment to Prince
