Funniest Lovesexy Use ever Well I was witness to one of the funniest use of Prince music ever. I am on a trip to Leeds for a few days and I had a few hours to kill while the boyfriend was off elsewhere on business. So I decided to just potter about. It was a lovely bright day. Bit cold but still a beautiful Spring day. So on my walkabout I decided to give the posh shops a break for a few minutes and popped into a store called Wilkinson. I did so because it was just the tackiest and awful shop you could witness. But I love the weird and wonderful so I went in.
OMG. What can one say? The place is something from a different era. The customer base indescribably cheap and shabby. ( I hasten to add I did buy something. I needed fish food). The staff the scrapings of the barrel of all shapes and sizes. But that is not important. The amazing thing was blasting from the store PA was Alphabet St. On full blast. The whole thing, Horny pony rap as well. So I was singing along and walking up the aisles and I could heard something else. It was a little boy being pushed by his mother in his buggy and the kid was bopping and singing along. It was hillarious. He knew all the "down, down, downs" all the "yeah, yeah, yeahs" I was in the fits of laughing and once the girl realised I was not a weirdo just laughed too. I said "he seems to like Prince". She said she "didn't even know it was Prince" and "didn't know where he gets it from. So I just told her "that boy has the FUNK" and left the shop smiling and happy that something so small really made my day Looking for a new man. Freaks need not apply. Freeeks can tho ;-p

believe me the shops get worse in the north east
but what a cool story i wish i had witnessed it And if you were with me tonight,
I'd sing to you just one more time. A song for a heart so big, god wouldn't let it live.
