I can only find disc two's booklet.

I'll have to drag it out and have another listen, but I always assumed it was just a keyboard sound replicating a xylophone.

Prince can pull off any sound...and I think it would be really nice to have a, for lack of a better term....."New age sound.." with some steel drumz and a xylophone....a percussion foundation...and that would be fun to hear flutes with as well..."

Sheila had nothing to do with the studio track of this song, as far as I know, it's all Prince (except bg vocals by Susannah)...
