After Listening to Janets new CD, I find there are alot of sounds and concepts that remind me of The Gold Experience. Does anyone agree ???

describe the CD to me cause I hate Janet Jackon's music with a passion and would rather gouge out my eyes with rusty spoons than to sit and listen to her tepid voice, over produced tripe, and lousy themes. I would rather be eaten alive by locusts or be subjected to waterboarding by Dick Cheney himself and choke on my own vomit.

So please explain what the songs sound like and why they're similar.

Thanks.

The segues definitely sound alot like the ones from Interactive and Gold, but aside from that the music is totally different.

Then again, Prince's segues on Exodus sound alot like Janet's Rhythm Nation segues, and her album came out 6 years earlier . . .

Most of Janet's sound throughout the years has been a product of Jimmy Jam/Terry Lewis, so it's not surprising that it sounds like Prince.

Like alot of your posts lately, I find it un-humorous ....full stop

In your own words to others "f*** you"

sorry chap, but you have crossed the line

I'm sorry.
Comment changed.

I don't mean to offend anyone, but I must strike a balance between my usual respect for all humans and my absolute hatred of Janet Jackson's music and lack of talent.

Again, my apologies.

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

For some odd reason, I don't think her cd is going to do well. Alicia has taken over!!!.

I must say that you got yo ugly nerves because most of the music that Prince spews out is egotistical "ooh I'm a real musician listen to everything that comes out of my thoughts" garbage.-

and in between his narcisistic moments he makes brilliant classic songs.

yes , of course of course.

But this has nothing to do with Janet's awful, awful, gut twisting, terrible, tepid voice. nothing whatsoever.

But, regarding Prince---sure, you're right and stuff I guess. shrug
