For what seems to be like a very long time, Prince has been showing up in public with dark shades or heavy make-up. His attire always looks like he's getting ready to attend a red-carpet event.
Don't get me wrong, I like to see him in a suit every once in a while but lately he always looks so uptight and overly polished.
I remember when he used to look so raw and sexy. His appearance used to be so free, playful and more at ease; now he often looks almost strained.
I know he's trying very hard to look youthful, but I think he would look way more sexy, if he would loose the shades and go easy on the haircolor, the make up and the plastered to perfection hairstyle.
Come on Prince, loosen up and let us see the real you! Put on some jeans, a sweater and sneakers, forget the make up and don't style your hair; we love you regardless.

2 polished? No such thing.....

Ummmm...when do you see him when he isn't doing something in public? Why wouldn't he dress like it's a red-carpet event...when he's usually at one?

He's 49 years old. Nothing wrong with dressing like a grownass man. If he went around in a sweater, jeans and sneakers, he'd just look like every other slob.

once you've passed a certain age and covered everything up with
make up and clothes, you kind of hit a point of no return.

like those women in their late 60's who still have long blond,
bleeched hair and wear tons of make up.

they might want to ditch that look, but in doing so they would
age about 50 years in a single day.

mind you, they wouldn't look desperate and reaching anymore so
i guess it would still have benefits



aging gracefully starts when you're young. you can't just cover
yourself up and cling to a fragment of youth until you hit 60,
and then expect to be all disginguished at once.

for prince, the make up is no doubt here to stay until his last
breath.

as far as the clothes are concerned, he's realised that showing
too much chest hair or too much skin is just garish so he's got
himself a new tailor and chose to go the gentlemanly ruite. and
it suits him imo.

plus, every once in a while he'll let his hair down, y'all know
that. just a year ago he posed on his albumcover wearing a silk
black corset, with a fugly red blouse and chest hair showing

i love his suits, but feel he could lose the heels.
he had trainers on in shoe vid & my jaw dropped! hell he was looking smooth...
