I think that was a wonderful experience! And to think, I got all excited when he gave me a "high-five" at the Rio in Vegas!!!

But, I have a question: Why'd it take you five months to sign up and tell us this fantastic story! I would have been on here that night braggin'!

I remember seeing a guy in a black leather jacket on stage the one night. He was awful but then that's the whole point of being one of the audience and not one of the band I guess.

I'm probably just a little jealous of those who've gotten so close. Then again at the aftershows I needed the room to dance (and non-druggedly hug people) so I couldn't stand too close to the stage.

I stood on the edge of the dance floor, where it was raised about a foot, reason being I'm really little - well 'bout the same size as Prince! So I reckoned I'd be able to see better, if I was in the front/middle I'd get squished and I hate that. Could see him really well actually, and we did have that little eye contact thing he was probably thinking "what you staring at me like that for?".

On 7 August at the main show, people were up dancing, and he went up behind this girl, who em... was not the best dancer in the world, and started mimicking her dancing she kept trying to turn round to see what he was doing, but he was too quick for her, darting to this side and that, really funny! That's when I thought it was definitely not cool to be ON the stage!

And b3xy - you are TOO cool, flicking his sweaty towel in your face Actually you're right, how would I react to that probably like you "why are you flicking a towel in my face?"

PS I WOULD want to take that towel home with me though, put it under my pillow, take it with me to Tesco....

Now don't think i am hating on you but i actually think P was having a big laugh at your expense that night and i felt quite sorry for you as you could not see it and carried on dancing out of step like a drunken loon.

as to how i reacted, i kept leaning back slightly i am sure it would have gone in my face otherwise but that night (13/9) was probably one of my favourite aftershows he seemed to be in such a good mood running around the stage playing with the towel and it was the one time i saw him play the tambourine and cow bell both of which he did brilliantly

the fact i had to go off to switzerland with uni the next day was annoying cos i missed the 16/09 aftershow which was ment to be fun but i got back for the final aftershow but the journey back to the uk for that was an adventure by itself
