93-95 Appreciation

Alot of people look at this period as the time when Prince, or prince lost his mind & alot of his audience.

But looking back at some of the performances that he did during the time. It's some of the most kick-ass shit I've ever seen in my life!!!

What I've seen of The Undertaker video is incredible. He had a great band, including one of the most powerful drummers I've ever heard. His guitar work was insane. And Mayte was looking fine as hell!!!

I just wanted to show my appreciation for a period that alot of people would dismiss.

He did do a lot of excellent performances during that time period. I especially liked the performances that included mayte.

this is the best period of prince's/prince career!!! the music was kick ass, the live per4mances were kick ass!!! and it was a direction in where he left his past behind and 4ged ahead with all new music!!! damn i miss this period and continue 2 pray that he does it again.

come
TGE
Exodus
Undertaker

and countless of unreleased music that whoops ass!
man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Wonderwall

This was the period when I stopped listening to the guy for awhile I have been a fan since 82, but I was really disappointed with the symbol album. I hated the rapping and didn't like most of the songs. Then he changed his name and I literally thought the guy lost it. So from 92 to about mid 94 I couldn't care less what the guy did. THEN someone gave me a tape of not-yet-released Gold Experience songs on one side and old 82 to 86 outtakes on the other. I got back into the fold quick and caught up on all the stuff I missed.

But now agree Come is great, The Undertaker SHOULD have been officially released...its brilliant...and even thought the symbol album is still not one of my faves agree there are some quality jams in there.
