This song is kind of sad  , because it is like his heart is just crying out for the right woman to just come to him. He seems so lonely and it just breaks my heart. I wanna be there for him when he's lonely and give him a hug.

The feeling was like Prince needs to have the one he loves by his side no matter what's keeping them apart. Especially with all the joy Prince's music has given us, it only seems right. At first, the blindfold  made me think he was saying he didn't really care what the one he loves looks like. Like the love is so deep that it's her heart or spiritual nature that holds them together. Then I imagined what the press and fans would say if she wasn't drop dead gorgeous. 
Because that model is so beautiful, it probably means what someone else said, that for some reason he's not able to see her or reach her. | |

The model is average. It was a nice video, though.  Now that I've watched the video a couple of times, I take back what I said about the model. I've noticed that recently Prince has been showing a greater variety in the women he has in his videos. When I last watched the video I noticed that (although she is Italian, right?) she looked like a Japanese person I've met before. I think that person is very beautiful, so therefore the model is too. I think that if you appreciate each of the women Prince chooses to have in his videos/band/life for what they are, as opposed to trying to see how they look like the 'typical Prince' female, then you'll see them for what they are and not compared to that of another individual.
