I don't know but I'd make damn sure he eats on a regular basis. Maybe he wouldn't be so grumpy all the time if he had a full belly.

Veggie egg rolls: tofu, sprouts, celery, chopped water chestnuts, mushrooms, fresh ginger, scallions, napa cabbage, etc (a combination of some kind)
served with plum dipping sauce and soy sauce with ginger and garlic.
Falafel with pita and served with yogurt.
Spinach borek. Yum.
Fondu with a variety of breads: rye, sourdough, pumpernickle.
Meze: Middle Eastern appetizers: eggplant salad, cucmber, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, olives, feta, pita triangles, green bean tomatoe onion salad, tabboule.
Three cheese tortillini with whatever type of sauce: tomatoe, cream, etc served with fresh grated assiago.
That's my vegetarian repertoire.

Call in the usual fantastic chef. LENA! razz
