So Whats The Fuss? - Stevie Wonder song ft Prince on guitar

I brought Stevies last album(2005s A Time To Love) a few weeks back and was suprised 2 find Prince is featured on the song titled So Whats The Fuss? doin his funky thing with a gutar(En Vouge r also ft doin backin vocals) but id just like 2 say what a funky tune this is, i especially love stevies bit at the begging where he says PRINCE POP IT! i nearly wetted my self when i heard this cuz i didnt know he ft on the album,also in the booklet i thimk its sweet where stevie is givin his thanks 2 all the artists that featured on the album also(india arie,paul mccartney etc) and 4 prince it says...you didnt hav 2 do it,but u did and i thank u! anyway i was just wonderin what u guys thought of this great funky tune?

when i heard Prince join Stevie on stage, I was surprised that he broke into a rhythm thang on guitar instead of busting out a lead line (he did the same when he joined James and MJ onstage).

it gave weight to the theory that Prince is a better rhythm guitarist than he is on lead...though, if he has the time to plan a solo, whether on cd or for performance, he turns it out;

i guess i'm referring to spontaneity here ... his first reaction was rhythm guitar on stage with stevie

when u hear stevie say prince pop it, i was wondering what the video would b like with possibly prince being in it ..but alas he's not

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

This song reminds me of Black Man in it's structure.

It starts out great and doesn't really go anywhere, but it's a solid groove.

Prince's playing is good enough, I just would have liked to hear a little more than just some chords, which basically any guitar player could have played. Seems like a missed opportunity to do something special.

This is a great song. Prince and Stevie both so accomplished; just the thought makes me smile (I bet the recording session was beyond fun). Prince's piece on this tune is small, but funky.

The lyrics are worthy of two smiles.

lol lol
