Emancipation Album:Smells? Discuss! Surely im not the only one with a emancipation set that smells a bit strange yet comforting? like fruity gloss paper?

no..you aren't the only one...i do concur.
its a rather nice scent though, especially the booklet. also agree that its like a nearly fruity smell. (best 4 pounds iv ever spent for a brand new copy in hmv  - great music and lovely smell)Wouldn't you love to love me? | |

Well the original cd I got in 1996 just smells old. lol. I have 2 other copies still wrapped in cellophane. I'm intrigued now. Shall I open them and smell them? Looking for a new man. Freaks need not apply. Freeeks can tho ;-p | |

I tried smelling my copy, but I didn't smell anything.
So then, I began whiffing around isolated parts of the cd, & when I got the hole in the middle, the goddamn thing farted in my face! Truth be told, what I really smell around here is a set-up!  | |

Goodness, no! You'll halve their value to about £1.50!!! LOL less than that I fear. I got them for £2 each about 3 years ago/ I actually bought 4. I gave them to my friends who were fans too and couldn't find the Cd's in Ireland anymore. They are still wrapped as I don't play cds anymore. All my music is on iTunes on my lappie. 2869 Prince tracks at last count. Looking for a new man. Freaks need not apply. Freeeks can tho ;-p | |

this is not a marketing tool but depends where it was manufactured my Iron Maiden Fear Of the Dark cd has EXACTLY the same smell ;-p and at least one other cd in my collection i do not remember right now | |
