Sleep Around appreciation

I have to say that I loved this song from first listen. The Oprah performance sealed the deal for me, loved the dancing on the piano and the jump off of it. Now with all the turbulence of the past week I simply want to concentrate on the music again (even though it has been very entertaining and PFUnk...WOW). So show your love for one of my favorite underrated Prince gems in the treasure chest of Emancipation. cool I still wonder who was he talking to/about.

I've always liked this one. And I agree with zsasz -- how it didn't/doesn't get played like heck in clubs (along with The Human Body and the "Rave Into" mix of Rave) is beyond me.

The horn line gives it such a "bright" sound. It's just...fun.

I also play this one for my 9 year old and she dances like a Las Vegas showgirl complete with outfit. She told me we should have a recital for just Prince and Chris Brown's music. wink wink lol lol It just made me think of 'The Little Rascals'

Great track.
Missed single opportunity.
Only suffering from lacklustre Emancipation production.

It's not that hard to find. I just picked up the CD this year, but I've had the tape since 98. The Oprah performance is very hard to find, sorry.....
