I'm sure most will not be appeased unless they get their own personal namecheck for making him, but, if possible, I think I admire Prince even more than I did.

The song is HOT and funky! I don't see anything wrong wiht Prince messing around with his lawyers - I like his music. As a person he can be difficult, so what? He knows that he can't regulate the internet, but he has influenced many times internet culture. He is doing it again, but he is little bit extreme on his fans. But it is not the end of the world, we are in our 30-40s mostly - we have to be happy that he is still alive and making music.

I'm more than happy to do that since that's why I come here. I really like the guitar solo, and the keyboard solo that sounds like Renato's style of playing (weird / eerie tonal choices).

Of course the Camille style voice rocks. Is Prince using a different technique to get that effect than he used way back when? It seems that his pitch is altered a bit higher than with Camille, but maybe that's just me.

The bass playing rocks too. I'd love to hear this live. I do think the "Grand Progression" reference is interesting. I haven't heard that kind of direct message to Prince's die-hards in well...ever. This sounds like it was made today. I'm not really sure why some people are thinking it's from the Vault. The playing and arrangements sounds like the Prince of now, not then, and I mean that in a very good way.
