For me, it'd the ability to play guitar and be an entertainer like Prince is. Screw the money, the houses, the women. Id rather have those abilites over those possessions any day.

Talent-wise, I wouldn't mind having an insight into how he crafted his 80s hits, and specifically, some of the little things, technically speaking - how he would plug his Linn drum into a guitar pedal, for example. That is experimentation that producers out today wouldn't do - it just wouldn't occur to them. I have my moments of putting things together that might not conventionally work, but not quite like that.
