How come WBAI is NOT being SUED ??? They can play practically whole Celebration sets and unreleased tracks
for the past 15 years without repercussions??? Explain this anyone... Is it because it's a listener supported station?

It certainly is an interesting question. Perhaps it's because they do not air their "questionable material" to the public with the same degree of frequency as the websites do (who presumably make the material available perpetually). WBAI hosts a Prince-themed event once every few years, so maybe Prince's rationale is, "Well, it's only once in a while, and at that, how many people could possibly listening?"
Or perhaps he's just never heard about it... -SWANGlovesWBAI

Well thank God they have been airing Prince music for so long cause They've made everybody happy over the years with the many hrs of Prince music. I hope they indeed continue forever.
