Rolling Stones Top 25 Music DVDs: Predict NOW Where SOTT is Ranked

Hmmm, anyone say top 3, Nope

Anyone predict top 10, not there either.

Well surely it must be in the top 20 anyway, guess again.

Sign O the Times actually appears at , oh wait, It is actually not on the list at all. What kind of stupidity is this, criminal.

As a footnote, Purple Rain is ranked 9, but I consider it a movie as it has a plot and like most plotted movies plenty of both dialogue and music.

It depends on how they were ranking them. If they were taking DVD 'extras' into account, then it makes sense that SOTT wouldn't be on the list. Even the supreme Canadian release doesn't have many extras. Purple Rain on the other hand comes as a 2 disc set with director commentary, 3 short documentaries, music videos and more... plus, while SOTT may be more appreciated in the fan community, it certainly wasn't as successfull or influential as Purple Rain.

Purple Rain may have a plot, but don't kid yourself... the whole thing is a glorified rock video.
