March 1??

Hey guys. I hope someone can answer this! An employee of PPS has a license plate of March 1...I saw this same cat at the Quest Club downtown MN and his gf had a jacket on that said, yes, March 1. Does this have any resemblence to P? Gotta figure them secrets out! Help!
