Songs that Prince should cover with band

As you're all aware Prince likes slipping in covers into his live performances. What songs do you think Prince should cover that he hasn't already?

2 already come to mind for me that I think he would do well:

1. Need you tonight- Inxs
2. Aerodynamic- Daft Punk

What you folk think??
RIP to a legend. You will live forever!

Nirvana's "Heart Shaped Box".
Sheryl Crow's "All I Wanna Do"
The Clash's "Train in Vain"

But he should do them only if he's feeling them, not by request. I personally loved his cover of The Car's "Let's Go" and I also really like it when he does the Beatles. His cover choices always blend well with his music, plus it's nice to see his appreciation for other artists.

Bottom line, Prince can play whatever he damn well pleases and I'll still love him. biggrin

Prince could cover anything, and It would be interesting to me..
However, I'd like to see him do, "Lover." by The Michael Stanley Band.

Oh oh oh!!! The Glory of Jah by Sinead O'Conner off of her new album...Prince needs to be doing this song. NOW!!!

http://www.myspace.com/si...onnormusic

The song is featured on her myspace page...check it out and don't tell me Prince couldn't tear this song up...and it totally fits his religious perspective right now. In fact, the song is the type of religious song Prince could do and not alienate folks. Sinead's entire new cd is inspired by the bible and not once does she cross the line into preaching.

If someone dares takes a listen I'd love to hear what you think of it and Prince performing it.
