What Prince album could you never listen to again?

Which Prince album could you never imagine listening to all the way through again?

I don't know if I could ever make it all the way through the following:

"Diamonds and Pearls"
"New Power Soul" -- which I know shouldn't really count
"Graffiti Bridge" -- although it does have some GREAT Prince tracks

Y'all???

3121 definitely comes 2 mind.

I still haven't gotten back 2 Rave... so that might b another possibilty. Listened 2 it once and really had no interest in going back... I guess other things just appeal 2 me right now.
had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone

OH YES!!! SO TRUE.

However, you cant deny that it could make an excellent 14/16 track album???

But as the 3 disc opus that it is to be..... NO!!!

Yeah, when I get the album/set, u guys remind me never 2 do that...

Checking into Purple Rain (movie & album), TGE, 3121 and Musicology all in one week nearly killed me, haha...

Emancipation could very well do that if I do it all in a row like that. I'll probably save that one day when I've got nothing 2 do and I just want to lose myself completely 2 Prince's world.

Every Prince album has brilliant songs that i will revisit the rest of my life.

D&P - Willing and Able
NPS - Come On, Mad Sex, One, Wasted Kisses
GB - Joy In Repetition, Elephants and Flowers, GC Collab

But I just read your caveat about "listening all the way through." You may have a point. But I would choose "For You" on further inspection.

- Prince
- For You

Their sound is really too "old" and weak after almost 30 years. But if Prince would rearrange and republish them.. well the songs could be wonderful. (incidentally, I'm not saying he should do it)

There are no Prince albums I would NEVER listen to again. Graffiti Bridge sucked balls but there were tunes like "Joy in Repetition" so I'd have to listen to the album from time to time. know what I mean?

I'll have 2 get back 2 u after I've heard it a few more times. I"ve only heard it once... and the inital reaction I got was that it was the weirdest album I'd heard him do 2 this point.
