Parade.
And why? Because it is one of those periods in his carreer when he was extremely whymsical and it paid off. He was at the same time being more stripped musically, but at the same time dressed up funk in a way I never heard before or after. Genius. I also take into account b-sides like Alexa De Paris and  Or $, both amazing tracks but for different reasons.[Edited 8/25/07 23:38pm] |
