I hear people complain about princebonics and i hear people praise princebonics.Once and for all everybody give a vote and see where the org really stands when it come to the use of pricebonics.I used to use them but gave them up after complaints.So i guess i'm actually neutral on this.

They are annoying... and I can't imagine any easier to type than real English. They should be done away with

I'm sometimes annoyed with them, depending on how much people use them.
Especially typing out "eye" instead of the "I" which is shorter and quicker - proving they don't just do it because it's a shortcut.


Then other times I just don't care.
I'm conflicted and in a gray area.

I don't like them when it is being done to be like Prince. My dad has written like this for years, in notes and letters to me, and I just love that! So, I guess it depends on why it's being used.

Sometimes it's okay, like using "2" instead of "to" or "B" istead of "be" - quick & easy. But like Nova said, when you take the time to spell out "eye" instead of just typing "I" it's getting a little silly, IMO.

I've been using so-called Princebonics since junior high when writing short notes or letters 2 girlfriends. Even before I really knew who Prince was. 2 4 R and U r ok but I think the latest eye, high, B is going overboard.
