My Emancipation Special Edit Ok I have posted on here before about how I really didnt like emancipation etc etc but in the spirit of being open minded and also to refresh my ipod playlists! lol here's my own Emancipation Special Edition in the order that I sequenced it and you know what I am discovering some gems!!

I agree, Emancipation has some great songs but there's a lotta stuff that doesn't do much for me on those 3 cd's...I need to do the same cuz I haven't listened to that album in years...."Holy River" is probably my favorite song on the album and "In this Bed I scream" is great too...your whole playlist is pretty great! | |

Emancipation could of been so big with a real massive promotional effort.
This is what it should of been: Jam Of The Year World Tour (Jan 1997 - Early 1999) Bectha By Golly Wow (with loads of promotion) (November 1996) The Album (loads of promotion and a Prince tv special) (November 1996) Somebodys Somebody (Jan 1997) Face Down (April 1997) La La La Means Eye Love U / Emale (June 1997) Saviour (September 1997) Jam Of The Year (December 1997) The Truth (March 1998) (Prince acoustic tv special) Man In A Uniform / Holy River (March 1998) ----- that would of been better ^^ than just Betcha and Holy being released | |

You know what? Now that I think about it, you are absolutely right about that....and I'm listening to it now and digging it....and I miss ya 2 but I'm right here.  Maybe I'll be back over there in the future but probably no time soon. | |
