jonylawson	appreciation thread-BET awards live show feat.stevie wonder this is by no means the"best"prince live gig-but SHIT its powerful stuff- musically it is sublime- chaka khan tribute-ive just watched it again its mesmorising-the power on that stage and the energy is a joy to watch. and when prince cues the band for"tell me something good" that is TIGHT i love it-and its time we gave it mucho love!

I loved that performance! It was really heart-warming to see all of those phenominal people on stage performing 2gether. I give it thumbs up!

Yeah, it was pretty cool.

Prince, Chaka, Stevie, Yolanda Adams... now there's some serious talent on that stage!

I really love all the high profile TV medleys he's done recently: NAACP Awards 2005, Brits 2006, Chaka Tribute 2006, Superbowl 2007, ALMA Awards 2007... all are amazing.
