My take on the album cover and the song "Planet Earth" is that he's trying to show how the actions of each of us have a far-reaching ripple effect upon the entire Planet Earth.

So for example, you're threads keep pissing me off since their purpose seems to be only to cause debate and anger.

Each and every 1 of us is different and as such will have differing views and opinions, on many things including the imagery associated with the new album.
Ur quite right, the purpose of the thread is indeed 2 create some 4m of discussion, even debate about the topic at hand, but I feel ur being a little unfair by claiming that the intent is 2 create feelings of animosity or anger.
Take a deep look within urself 2 try and discover why in fact those feelings overcome u @ the mere reading of someone elses views or opinions posted on a message board.
Believe it or not, I'm interested in the conclusion u've come 2 as 2 what my posts 'say about' me, might in fact give me a better insight as 2 where ur coming from with all this hate.
