Extra Lovable Vs. DMSR & Automatic

I think Extra Lovable is better than both DMSR and Automatic. DMSR is my least favorite song the 1999 album. Since Extra Lovable was an outtake from 1982 Prince shoulda placed Extra Lovable on the 1999 album rather than DMSR. DMSR and Automatic are both long as hell for no reason. While Extra Lovable is good all the way through. Extra Lovable was prabably recorded after the 1999 album was complete. But I think it rocks way more the than DMSR & Autmatic. Share your thoughts on this battle.
Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

All 3 are perfect, and their length is justified. 1999 is steeped in funk and dance tradition, where songs could carry their groove over sprawling lengths. "DMSR" is an absolute anthem for what Prince represented at the time, while "Automatic" is a sonic voyage through the darkest crevasses of his psyche. "Extra Lovable" serves the same kind of purpose, and does it just as well.

I think Extra Lovable belongs more on an album with Lady Cab Driver, Turn It Up, Irresistible Bitch/Feel U Up '81, etc., than with most of the songs on the 1999 album.
