He's never contributed a voice. He was going to at some point, and I've seen the drawings (it was around the time of the "One Night Alone" tour), but after reading the script he backed out. Prolly couldn't take any jokes at his own expense.
There is an episode in which Comic-Book Guy goes online to find out who be playing Radioactive Man on the big screen and Prince is shown for a second at his computer. [Edited 6/22/07 17:19pm]

Sorta on topic... does anyone recall if P was ever a guest on MAD TV?
I recall seeing a skit where there was a slumber party and Prince was one of the dressed up in pajamas guests. They didn't make a big deal about it but it looked like the real Prince to me. He wasn't really featured with any speaking lines but he was there. I also heard that P played a dead body in a snowy field at the beginning of the movie Fargo. Anybody know about these two appearances?

Also no joke....
Michael Jackson once guested on the Simpsons (under a fake name, they don't allow that anymore), and on my DVD there is a bonus commentary for that episode. The show creators discussed Prince's almost involvement with the show and it is pretty embarassing.... Basically, and this was in the early 90s, '91 or '92, he was approached to do the show, and Prince was very interested. However, his chauffeur or bouncer (I'm NOT making this up) was a huge fan of the show and submitted his own Prince script to The Simpsons. Prince insisted that they use it. Naturally, it was not up to calibre of the Simpsons and they turned it down, and subsequently Prince backed out. More than likely "My Name is Bart" was recorded and scheduled to be on The Simpsons Sing the Blues LP in coincidence with Prince's appearance that season, but as it was scrapped, so too was the song.... If you ever find it on a file sharing site, download it for a quick laugh. "Knowledge is preferable to ignorance. Better by far to embrace the hard truth than a reassuring faith. I believe Phil Lamarr (also of Futurama and head getting blown off in the back seat of the car in Pulp Fiction fame) also did a MadTV sketch called "The Artist Formerly Known as the Prince of Egypt". I remember very little of it except he uses his cane to part the legs of Cleopatra at one point. "Knowledge is preferable to ignorance. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

[Edited 6/22/07 17:19pm] i remember that episode They also showed the symbol when Lisa is shown her future and who she will marry and Homer takes the groom to the bar, and on the tv at the bar, they say, :"the following stars were arrested over the weekend" or something life that.. and they scrol names and u can see his symbol. Also, one time, when the kids from the other town steal the lemon tree.. Milhouse says :"Now i know what it sounds like when doves cry" and he cries". [Edited 6/26/07 23:36pm]
