The Undertaker

I was reading the guitar solo thread, and noticed that The Undertaker pops up a lot, both the song and the soundtrack (or whatever it is). I've heard of this many times before, including when some files were put out by NPGMC last year.

My question is what form was this stuff originally released in? Was there an official video release by Prince, and/or an album? Was it something only released in Europe? Or is it just a bootleg?

I tried searching on Google, but didn't have much luck finding any specific information about this. I know some of the fellow orgers here can fill me in!

Hi, i bought the Undertaker video back in 1994ish?! It consisted of 6 live trax shot at Paisley Park,on the Gold experience tour stage set(see inlay of that album 2 see that stage)-Prince on guitar and mike,Michael B on drumz and Sonny T on bass. Must admit it's my fave Prince music video cos'its about half an hour of raw Prince donning the purple cloud guitar kicking serious ass with flamboyent guitar playing and singing with pure attitude. A masterpiece in my opinion, watched it countless times!!.Think u might have trouble buying a copy now but im sure someone here on the Org. will be more generous than me and maybe sell u a copy!!!

Here's the songlist:

*.The Ride LIVE
*.Poorgo LIVE
*.Honky Tonk Woman LIVE
*.Bambi LIVE
*.Zanalee(Guitar Intro) LIVE
*.The Undertaker LIVE
*.Dolphin(Prelude/not live)
