Could this really be the end for awhile?? I think it might be, think about it, long extended stays in areas, the UK, possibly LA, Vegas already done, and who knows in the fall after the UK he could book major cities for shows and extended runs, could he really be taking a break after this, could be???

I can see him going back to the studio, new projects, just no tours for a while. Just settling down. He's been VERY busy since 'musicology'.
That's what I think he means by having a break. Sure some time off as well, but he aint gonna be packing up for good.

If he decided to throw the towel in after the London shows i wouldnt care. Not that he would, but if he were to do so, he's given so much, i dont think i would complain.

Then again his statement of studying the "earth" could mean just touring all over.

He deserves to slow down a bit. He has been working his butt off for 30 years!

i would LOVE to see him go back into laid-back mode again and release little quirky side projects for the fans again, like he did at the start of this decade. not forever, just for a couple of years. i know that kind of thing doesn't make him the big bucks, but i could go for little trinkets like the ONA piano album or C-NOTE these days. not the best stuff he ever released, no, but it was fun, experimental, intimate music. more of that would be nice, just for a bit.

He is smarter now. He will do a Huge Tour, then coast for a few years with Vegas - LA - NYC , then remind everyone again around the world with another Tour.

Prince will work hard every couple years, then do the Semi-Retired thing with the Vegas-NYC-LA thing.
