I was watching Mad TV last night on Fox and....there it was; a High Definition Wide Screen commercial for Verizon featuring Prince's video for "Guitar". The commercial is shorter than the Ad's online, and features some additional footage of a woman using her cell phone - But the commercial looks EXCELLENT in High Def - So clear, and edge to edge on my 52" screen...now if only we can see the full video with such excellent quality!

I saw a little bit more of it on Youtube. Of course, the haters flocked and gave it two stars w/snide comments. *sighs* I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I LOVE that song. I'd actually consider leaving T-Mobile if Verizon had some sort of kick ass Prince-based package for me.

It's been televised for a few days now.

I was re-watching Alma performance and when I turned it off I caught the Verizon commerical (don't know what channel). Talk about timing.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The sound seemed flat and the song from what I heard wasn't that interesting. I haven't heard Guitar as a whole song, just the Verizon thing, but I was dissappointed. Esp coming off of the amazing Alma live stuff.

Try watching MTV or VH1 for an hour or more
