There's always a possiblity, I never would have thought Madonna would go to Africa, much less adopt an African child. Never say never!

people wouldnt be able to afford the tickets, and if he lowered the prices it wouldnt be economic.

The problem with doin a tour in africa is not everyone is into R&B or Rap! I mean in africa most ppl like Rumba and other local kinda music!
south africa is more commercialized so thats why u seen some acts go there!and the Radio there plays all the top40 u see here and they also have a huge population many african countries have only 10mil population spread out over many cities and the radio plays music aimlessly and i dont think any singer has a loyal following!
most of the middle class which r potential audience is very small

South africa was just in apartheid about 15yrs back so the disparities r still there! most whites r richer no wonder BEP played to mostly white crowd. south africa has like 5mil whites and 23blacks i think
