Is it too much to ask............? I would love for Prince to tour with just an accoustic guitar. I want him to play 3 to 4 hours of whatever he wants. BUT just him sitting on a chair with his accoustic.

It would be awesome...BUT you can do the same thing if you learn how to play guitar. Playing Prince's stuff on an acoustic isn't hard.
It's the electric lead stuff that takes talent. | |

Princes acoustic guitar paying is sloppy. He forgets lyrics and meldoy often, and as a result he tries to cover it up with mendering and boring guitar noodlings. A great electric guitar man, but on the acoustic.. he is far from good.
Sometimes he hits it, the art of musicology show for instance, he did a great job. but i have heard many bootlegs, and i mean MANY where 70% of the acoustic slot is plain dire. u may now flame me. | |

I would be there in a New YOrk Minute. Seeing him do that acoustic set during the Musicology tour was just pure heaven and to have a whole show like that would send me over the moon. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
