in that case the quote of

"live and die by your own sword"
should have some helpful insight...you know alot...how do you know so much about the purple one? hmmm

i don`t agree with the theory of women right before animals...

as far as Mayte and Mani, no one really knows the whole detail of what went on when they were alone in their personal life zipped

How do i know? From the people who were there. Their comments interviews, etc plus videos and knowing people who prince deliberately blanked when they tried to say hello.
PLUS prince himself said; 'I WAS HORRIBLE' when asked about his dictatership. I have seen and read the interview HE ADMITTED THAT!

Yeah, i've said "i was horrible" many times in my life & 4 ur sake i hope that u did too cuz we ALL were. & considering the amount of lies u've told b4, please let us know where & when he said this anyway.

Purplonia , what is his religion Exactly . Is it full out Jejovah's Witness or what , exactly ???? Oh , and I think that everyone should remember what Prince is . This is for any of you who know anything at all about real astrology . He is a gemini . Therefore , it is not that he has changed this way or that way . But that he switches in and out of moods . Gemini's , you must remember , are two people inside of one person . Yes , I'm sure he has done the usual human nature maturing thing , but he is still who he is , underneath all of that . Why do you think the name changes , and then back again stuff . Things like that are soooo very Gemini typical . Plus , his chinese sign is a dog , if I am correct , I 'll have to double check that again . And dogs have a tendency not to trust and to be a lil paranoid . No , I'm not saying that he is paranoid , just sometimes a bit high-strung . Which dog people can be . But dogs do ALWAYS defend and stand up for the underdog and / or justice . Prince is just who he is , and his status in music makes his natural qualities and tendencies even that more accentuated . smile

nod

I think he IS paranoid. Most celebrities r & it's normal. I've been a local celebrity a few years ago & though i had wanted 2 b one it made me become so paranoid that i made it stop myself & eventually left my city last year. I know the lies & shit people say about u when u're a local celebrity so i can't imagine how sick of this u must b when u're a world-class celebrity.

Like many on here already know, I was fortunate enough by actually being able to record with Morris and Andre. In that enviroment, a lot of time was spent, over the course of 2 days. And I actually still stayed in touch with Cymone since 95. They told me many things about P. This is coming from two cats that knew P very well, especially Andre.

Look what happened to housequake. Prince is still a selfish, controlling person. There's no love in his heart for his fellow man/woman unless they follow his dogma; hence 'the banished ones'

Don't you think you are over-exaggerating about someone you do not know? So I guess Sheila E follows his dogma or he has no love for her? What about Tavis Smiley who himself mentions P and him are very good friends. Who are his personal friends? Every single one of them follow his dogma? How could you testify that he has no love for anybody? What about some of his band members who have been around him for years and speak so highly of him.

I just need to have more details on his inside personal life to understand this statement of him having no love for anybody unless they follow his dogma.

don`t you think though hes changed over the years?

i mean its possible now that hes now religous and all

i do believe though he could`ve been a jerk in the past but in the present i think hes a changed person

He's ALWAYS been religious.

Loosely based term used haphazardly in respect to this individual. The more accurate term would be backslider.

Good or bad? Elaborate; it's not as if your using your real name and people know who you are.
So i'm right about price treating others really bad? Or is he actually o.k sometimes?

When I met him,
he really didn't say all that much,
but it was still cool b'cause
we ended up playing "Rock, paper, scissors" for about 15 minutes.
I let him win most of the time, cuz... well...
...you know
.....he's Prince.

Ok, heres my experience or rather observation of Prince.

First on the 1999 tour in dallas, that me and my older brother went to.

After the concert people were waiting for prince to come walk through the hotel.

Well this one female ran up to prince and grabbed him I was about 10 feet away from him. (as was his body guard chick), and here's what happened:

Fan: (wrapping her arms around prince): I love you prince!

Prince: (aggitated):Let me go.

Fan: (tightning her grip) I love you prince I'll never let you go

Prince: (Visibly struggling to get a loose) You'd better let me go now take your hands off of me.

Fan: Why I love you.

By then it was too late Chick grabbed her first by her shoulders and then turned her around and pushed her hard in her breast and she fell to the ground. sad

I thought that Chick used a little to much force, but I never heard about a law suit or anything so i guess everything turned out okay.

Flash forward to 2005-2006, a friend of mine went to a prince concert and he said that prince sat down and talked to him (he's a jehovah witness like myself). He said that he chatted with him for about 15 minutes and was very polite, so he may have changed from the way he used to be. My opinion is that it probably depends on his mood.

I've been close to him 2x but I have never tried to speak to him or shake his hand, neither have I ever bought an album by him either. cool

Just this of this: don't u think it must b very stressful 2 have an hysterical girl u've never met holding u while shouting she loves u & she won't let u go. & it must feel worse when it happens on a regular basis, so i can understand Prince being angry at this. A star's life has its inconveniants. This being said, bodyguards r brutes & Prince (or any star 4 that matters) shouldn't let them b violent with fans (or anyone.) This being said, let's remember John Lennon & Björk & the fact that fans can become dangerous if not murderous, so i guess bodyguards can b nervous.

he's a top man, met him in london when he used to have a store in camden town, he was doing wave from the balcony thing with mayte and a few of us got to meet him after. i shoke his hand and was surprised he had a grip like a vice, nearly broke my hand, impressive for a little fella. he was very nice to chat to, didn't make eye contact but was interested in what u had to say, i asked him some lame question as i was nervous, felt like a tit, but he was pretty cool. met him again a few years ago in melbourne(aus) where i live now, just before the concert, he was so relaxed and was cracking jokes. i remember he spoke to a lady who had taken her young son to meet him, he then went on stage and during the gig dedicated purple rain to them both, i thought that was pretty amazing, so i think he's pretty sound, i'm sure he could be tempremental though.
may u live 2 see the dawn
