The reason I wasn't offended by the atheist joke on NPGOnline is because I know inside stuff -- stuff that even the closest Femi groupie doesn't know.

The Very Best of isn't out yet because some of the songs lyrics were so drastically rewritten that even Tina Graham stopped smiling during the listening session. Case in point, this rewrite of I hate U, that's being taken out of the configuration (I only have an inccomplete sample). Kind of makes you grateful he settled for a little joke.

People will think that you are kidding, Aero... but I know that you are not. I have a copy of the recording of this track that I got from a former employee of Paisley Park. He said that Prince was working on "new masters" of all his songs... the NEW MASTER is not JEHOVAH and he will be releasing a 14-disc set of re-written songs to glorify god.

I will send you a copy of what I have if you need it.
