I don't knowspecifically, but it must have turned out in P's favor. look at any product with the symbol on it and it says to be a registered trademark of Paisley Park Enterprises. based on my own limited knowledge of copyrights and trademarks, the basis for such are unique executions, not that the entire thing has to be unique. thus a store like Target, which did not create the word, can trademark it for specific use. this message brought to you by logic. | |
