The most defended Prince CD here at the org

What do you think is the most defended Prince cd here??? I think it's The Rainbow Children. When anyone says anything bad about the cd there are tons of people to defend it. Whats your choice for most defended cd?????

Over the last few months, any of them. There is a new wave of nutters who are obsessives if anyone knocks P. They ususally start threads about pictures of Prince, or "I touched him!" type comments.

Let's not forget the reverse nutters as well - those that knock everything but Dirty Mind. falloff

Parade and Lovesexy

If you dare say anything bad about those albums, you are accused of not 'getting' Prince because that's supposedly when he was at his peak.

Not to mention the tons of orgers posting how special Lovesexy is because it prevented them from committing suicide.

Is the most defended not the most popular?

Come is defended A LOT here... I had this image of it and people kept trying to convince me otherwise. And I found out that they were right... lol thanx guys cool

Rainbow Children, I definitely hear a lot of talk about. So I'd say that's the most defended album here.
Chaos & Disorder, definitely hear a lot about

Rave is never really defended much, not that I've seen.

And Emancipaton... I'm usually the one saying how much I wanna get it and everyone keeps trying to talk me out of it wink
had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone

Probably Come.

Lovesexy seems to have an equal number of detractors and those who sing its praises.

I personally find myself defending Graffiti Bridge (the album) the most - Great, great album only weakend by the fact that there's slightly too much material on it. And the title track. smile
I've seen the future, and boy it's rough...

I've spent a good percentage of my org-life defending NPS and Emancipation.

And will do so till the whole world is in agreeance with my correct opinions.

No not really. Sign O' the times is a good example of that.

It's not which album do you hate but which album is most defended such as Emancipation, Rainbow Children, and Rave for an example.

Batman is just about my least favorite Prince album, but I don't hear people defend it much.

I am quick to defend New Power Soul and Emancipation when people say they suck, because they I think they are both very fun albums....Emancipation has a lot of great stuff on it and you can skip the poor tracks and still have a great album's worth of material.
