It doesn't matter whether or not he's capable of beating someone down. Only low class trash worries about things like that. A bullet will take anyone down no matter how physically strong they are.

Anybody worth a damn fights with their brain rather than their fist. You can fuck someone's life up a lot more by scheming on them and making their life a living hell, rather than giving them a beat down.

Also, in a physical fight, the other person can hit you back also. Hell, that hurts. Pay a damn bodyguard to beat their asses. If the other person hits back, the bodyguard feels the pain....the person that hired the bodyguard feels good.
